Their CEO is rude, doesn’t know how to talk to his employees and it is sad. Their management is the poorest, all of them don’t know customer service. I won’t recommend this company to anybody. They are just horrible.

They are so amazing with our family and the care of my grandmother. They took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. I definitely recommend Soto home care.
