Absolutely awful. Rude and unconcerned in my friend’s time of need. Spoke to her as if her situation was an inconvenience for them. Would much rather travel further for better care if given the opportunity. I’m appalled.

Our daughter asked us if we could take her to the doctor because she had a fever and was inconsolable. Physician Victoria Ditramontos asked my husband why he brought her, and he said that she has a fever and asked if he could take her. Her response to that was "Well you're the parent, not her" And yes my daughter tested positive for the flu, so maybe it's a good thing she asked to go And maybe just be a doctor, not a family counselor. My kids listen to their bodies and they are not "stepping all over us" if they ask to be taken to the doctor

Brought my 95 year old father to the emergency room after finding him lying on the floor. The staff was absolutely awesome. From the E.R. to the extended care, everyone was so friendly and supportive. We had a similar experience 6 years ago when my mom passed from cancer. Really nice to see nothing has changed. Thank you all so much!

My review is for the Soldiers and Sailors Healthcare Center. I was switched to Dr. Anderson. After about 5 years I did not want him as a provider anymore. I asked well in advance to change my provider before my annual physical. Today they called me and said Dr. Anderson did not approve the change in provider and that I would need to see him for my annual physical irregardless of my preference for another doctor to provide me care or I would no longer be a patient. I unfortunately have to find a new doctor now even though other providers are available at this office. Essentially he is willing to allow the practice to loose patients and patients loose care if they dont want to be cared for by him specifically. Dr. Anderson is very rude. He will not solve any of your medical issues. One time I looked at his computer and he was using Google to search for what I was there for. This practice is an embarrassment to our community. The office sometimes is dirty.

I usually never write reviews but I have to say that my 2 year old son and I received the best care from Dr. Johnson and his nurse. Even the receptionist was amazing. The amount of attention and kindness I received from them was incredible. They reassured me that he wasn’t going to leave until things got under control and they did exactly that. They got him right back on track and we appreciate them so very much !
