Seneca Lake Terrace has come along way with providing excellent care to the residents with the right staff in place. Some reviews are from staff that were let go for the right reasons. Management is on top of doing what is right!!

This is the worst assistant living home for the elderly they do not follow state regulations and are so rude to the residents they make fun of them and call them names and then the employees harassing other employees. These residents need to be moved to another care facility asap I do not recommend moving your loved ones here 😡😔

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. They never call back. My Grandmother is here and I can tell you they do the bare minimum for their tenants and yet charge $5,000+ a month. It is an absolute joke of a price point based on the treatment she receives, room she has, and the cost of the area in general.<br><br>We’re currently shopping new options.
