Absolutely terrible workers!! They need to learn to shovel the sidewalks as they are being paid to do. I can’t imagine what happens inside the house if they can’t even take care of such a mediocre task on the job. Losers!!

My brother lived there for a while. I never felt like I was given honest answers. My brother was not mistreated, but he did feel that Debbie Bixby didn’t like him. Eventually he went to an assisted living facility in Penn Yan where he was loved and appreciated. He was so much happier to be away from Bixby. He died not long ago.

Great help in being able to chat with a live person to answer my question. Very helpful answering my request and gave clear directions on how to resolve my problem. I certainly will use Samsung help in the future..try it!
