The care team here is simply amazing. They poured their hearts out to my grandpa, Ed. They were trusting and true companions to him. During his last days, they each came to his room, shared stories with us, wished him farewell with love and peaceful words, made sure he was comfortable and at ease. They were always very supportive to our family that visited often and were there for us with anything we needed. We truly cannot thank them enough.

Told family could never speek to the doctor in person. Was told a pain patch was applied to resident but it was not.Asked for ice water to be given to resident with meals but was told a glass would be refilled at request. Not happy.

Allison and Shannon were two of my uncle's nurses and they were fantastic. Jean D'Abbrocci pwas was the NP who was there. She couldn't have been any kinder.

They were very accommodating to get mom set up to try to see some of her family outside the window. They did try to get her engaged, though it is very difficult for her to understand all that is going on around her! We did also get an extra special time with the Nurse Practioner to give us insight and update on her prognosis. The Manor has been a good place for mom to be when we were unable to accommodate for her needs at home.

Nice facility, clean. Patient care is paramount at this long term care facility. Patients seem happy, and have yet to hear any complaints about food.
