Had a friend of the family recently stay here for a few months. When her grant ran out they made her leave. Little did we know that she'd come home with horrible bed sores and an infestation of lice. She absolutely did not enter that facility with these things. It is absolutely deplorable! I plan on contacting the administration because this is completely unacceptable for a rehab facility!

I had to stay there a few months ago for rehabilitation. The staff were very friendly, and took pretty good care of me. All the physical therapist were nice and helpful. I wish I remembered names.😩🤦🏻♀️. I only remember Tabatha and Danielle Allen. Tabatha was the first face I saw when I got there, and even though she wasn’t the nurse for my hall, she helped me get settled in, and talked to me awhile to help me feel comfortable. She would check on me from time to time to see how I was doing, and if I needed anything. Danielle was my wound care nurse. At the time they were talking about getting rid of the wound care nurses, and just letting all nurses do wound care. After having to walk a couple nurses through how to change my wound properly, I think that’s a big mistake. That’s a major part of rehabilitation. She was also very nice and made sure I had everything I needed, especially when it was time for me to go. I don’t know the name of the lady that would help me prepare for my shower. She was a darker skinned woman. Ugh, I hate saying that, but I can’t remember her name. Sorry😖 She was super sweet and helpful. I didn’t really get to thank anyone when I left. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the getting woken up at 4am to refill your ice cup, but I know elderly people do wake up early, so I can’t really complain. Or the biscuits and gravy with sausage Every Day.😬. Atleast change it up and do some bacon every once in awhile.😁🙏🏻

A family member spent 3 weeks here after a fall and was treated by some of the most compassionate, caring CNA’s and nurses. There were some issues but nothing major. The facility was clean and the other residents seemed to be well cared for and happy. The real problem is the food….it was awful…..barely edible…..that needs to be addressed asap.

I give five stars not necessarily for the whole facility but for the wound care nurse Danielle Allen. I am part of an EMS company in the area and every time I come to pick up a patient she has been extremely helpful and is always willing to jump in and help us when we need it. Unlike other facilities I have been to she genuinely seems to care about her patients and therefore is extremely knowledgeable about them. She takes the time to learn about each one of her patients and knows exactly what they might need, and how to best help their healing. Somehow because of the care and detail she puts behind it I have seen patients heal much faster than they seemingly would elsewhere. Nursing homes are often a place where it seems to be an imposition when EMS comes in and needs things but Danielle has always made us feel welcome.
