My husband John became a long term care resident at Jefferson Park, White Pine after a 25 day stay at UT Hospital where numerous mistakes were made regarding his care. We, his family, never want to see him as a patient there again. It is the quality of medical oversite and loving care at Jefferson Park that gives him a good life where he will never be hospitalized again. His doctors who are part of the UT medical system, now know he is in the care of Jefferson Park and have nothing but praise for how he is being cared for. We are so grateful to all those at Jefferson Park who take care of him. Janet Drass-Talbot

I am so thankful for the staff… they actually care about their patients and it shows. My Dad told me last night that he knows everyone one and they all love him. Isn’t that exactly what it’s about for nursing home care?!? So blessed!

Changing my review because I now know my worth and have grown enough over the last 6 1/2 years to know i can no longer continue being a people pleaser in order to save face for this vile company. I will NEVER work for this place again, nor ANY place that jeopardizes my physical or mental health for the sake of profit EVER again!!

I can’t say enough about the amazing care my father-in-law received during his stay at Jefferson Park. The staff truly went above and beyond—every interaction showed how much they genuinely cared. It gave our family peace of mind knowing he was in such compassionate and capable hands. We are forever grateful for the love and support shown to him during his time there.
