I had a friend that needed rehab and I was searching for a place for him to receive the best care possible. I read the reviews and was impressed. I wanted him close to home and wasn’t impressed with the other local nursing facilities in Morristown. But I made the best choice the staff was friendly and helpful, not once was I told that’s not my patient if I had questions or needed help. Clean and didn’t smell like a nursing home.

I am a resident here at Jefferson City health and rehab and I am utterly devastated because Management people into my room to pack up my roommates belongings because she went to the hospital this morning. She hasn’t even been gone 12 hours and because she would not have the money to pay a daily fee which is 100s of dollars they are giving her bed away and she has been a permanent resident for over three years. My roommate doesn’t even know this is happening to her because she is ill and in the hospital. When you come here and check your loved one into this facility they will tell you that they want the residence to feel like this is home. Well, they are kicking my roommate out of her home just so they can get another body admitted for the money it’s the middle of the month and my roommate has given her monthly disability check plus what insurance pays to pay for this room for the month yet they wanna try to make us pay when we are sick to save our room when our insurance has already paid our room and board for the month. It’s utterly ridiculous.

I wouldn't let my dog stay here. A family member was there, they didn't even do basic care for them. I am seriously considering turning them in for neglect.

Most of the nurses are great. They have taken great care of my family members. We were not happy with one male nurse who had an attitude with us when we asked questions. Other than that, we are happy with the service there
