Amenities and services include all-inclusive dining with meals approved by a certified dietitian and available heart-healthy options upon request. Residents can dine privately in their rooms or in the community dining room. Payment options include Medicare, which covers the majority of short-term stays and therapy, private insurance, long-term care insurance, and personal payment. Some state Medicaid programs are accepted at the facility. Family Advisors are available to help families navigate skilled care decisions and address questions about care options and fee structures.

As no place here on earth is "Perfect" Skyline was a good place for my mom for the past 6 years. They are as accomodating as allowed to be, and have many great care givers. In her final days they were very attentive and caring to my mom and to us. No ones goal in life is to go live at a nursing home, but they do try to make things as normal and pleasent as possible for the residents. Thank you to all the Staff.

This review refers to my introduction and help in transferring a recent hospital discharge to Skyline Ridge Rehab. The help was immediate and exemplary with excellent follow through to move the patient and settle him for rehab at Skyline Ridge. Thank you.

Mom has been in Skyline Ridge now for 10 months. I would rate our experience as excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained, the food has been good and served hot and the nursing staff have been kind and loving. Overall we are very happy with Skyline Ridge.

This use to be a wonderful place for your loved ones. The nurses still do an outstanding job. It’s the new management that has screwed up everything especially in the apartment area next to Skyline! They have taken away all the perks these older people loved and enjoyed. He is firing people left and right and there is little no maintenance being done. I think Stellar needs to open their eyes and see exactly what is going on! Seems they just want someone in charge of cutting costs and not the residents.
