The staff is super friendly and willing to answer every question we had. The facility had a nice clean scent instead of a hospital smell. Residents appeared to be happy and well taken care of.

From the kitchen to the c n a's canyon lodge care center is the absolute best facility in fremont county. They care of your every need from the moment you walk in the door. I would not want my mother to be anywhere else except right here right now!

I would like to express my gratitude to your facility admissions gal, I believe her name was Savannah. I called the number I got from a friend on Sunday, for information about your facility. As i have been calling several facilities for information about placement. She was very pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable, and gave me in depth information to all the questions I asked. I have never gone through trying to find placement for anyone, let alone my wife. One question I had to ask, was about how my wife would be treated, knowing that she is a lesbian. I have asked this of everyone persin I have spoken with, and I am met with hesitation and no real answer. However, to my surprise! When I asked this question, your answer was phenomenal, informing me that my wife would be cared for regardless of her sexual orientation, as that is not something anyone shoukd ever have to worry about. She went on to say that you all as a facility strive to provide the best possible care for every individual admitted, and tailor individual and personalized care to meet their needs. This was the best possible answer I coukd ask for. Thank you for having staff with not only professionalism, but with human kindness.

The staff are what make this place shine. Of the 15 or so folks I've had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with in person, I can say that, without exception, every. Single. Individual was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make my Mom (a new guest) feel as comfortable, welcome, and happy as she can be in her new home. They run a tight ship, and ensure everybody's safety above all else, but provide nutritious, delicious food, engaging activities, spiritual connection, and above all else hire excellent, human caregivers, who understand and care about the precious lives they are entrusted to look after (even when those "precious lives" are in the throes of Dementia-ridden paranoia tantrums and behaving their absolute worst). If you're considering a place for your Mom, Dad or another elderly loved one to receive immaculate care at the end of their days, take a tour of Can̈on Lodge. I think you'll be glad you did.
