KJ is the BEST! She went above and beyond to help my grandma get all the necessary equipment and modifications in order to make her more comfortable and easier for our everyday routines! I would recommend her for anyone needing the guidance for a disabled relative. Her ideas are genius!

I am thankful for the care and grace which the staff at Sangre de Cristo Hospice care had with my mom during the last week of her life on earth. The hospice staff worked alongside the staff of the care center that my mom was in, and the extra support and care was superb. I even received a call a few days after my mom's passing from the bereavement team. Highly recommend this group for if/when you may need it.

The wonderful people who have chosen to be part of this organization go above and beyond what is required. My mother recently passed away at a care center in Canon City. The last few days of her life were carefully monitored by the Sangre de Cristo team with her comfort in mind. I was updated with specific information that helped me understand exactly what was going on at all times. There was comfort for my mother and also for me.

SCH cared for both my dad and my mom in recent years. Every single person on their med teams was wonderful! Mom and Dad received the best and most compassionate care that I’d ever seen in any medical facility. SCH also cared for and supported extended family members and caregivers, holding our hands through the entire process, providing care from their hearts. I’m truly grateful for each and every team member!
