I highly recommend the Skagit Valley Adult Family Home (SVAFH).<br><br>My wife has been cared for at SVAFH for the last 5 months. She has Alzheimer's Disease.<br>Staff and the owner Joshua take pride and pleasure in making her smile. For her birthday they organized a small concert.<br>Their concern about bringing her joy is on top of professional attention to her care. Prior to becoming a resident, there had been 7 Emergency visits and 4 hospitalizations in 6 months wrestling with a recurrent leg infection. Once at SVAFH the staff were able to eliminate the infection and prevent its recurrence.<br>I visit my wife at least once a day, most commonly twice, and am welcomed by staff.<br>I am incredibly happy that medical and care professionals with whom I worked recommended I visit SVAFH. I cannot imagine a better setting for my wife of 50+ years.
