I have worked in SNFs for 25 years and I have never been treated so poorly as I was today by the Admission Director today. She was not helpful or kind. I have been helping a family friend get a loved one admitted and not only was she Not helpful she was extremely rude. I wonder how you treat your elderly residents if thats how you treat potential clients. If that is the first impression you are giving your community you may want to give her some customer service education or hire a more empathetic, compassionate person in that role! If I could give them a 0 🌟 I would!
