Nurse Jenica was a pleasure to work with. I did not like the intake lady who had the nerve to tell me she never heard of someone getting burned by an electric stem machine... The proper question she should have asked first was how did this happen then maybe she could understand or better yet keep her personal commitments to herself.

Let me start with saying not all of the staff are bad, but a majority of them don't care.I went to visit my uncle and he was gasping for air as I walked in his oxygen tube had Somehow disconnected and no one paid attention to the call bell there was that he constantly rings the bell? And they don't have time for him. Try to speak to the social worker and was told. If we don't like it, we could move him out. That's not the care My family signed up for The bosses keep rejecting my calls. I've even seen certain people thrown out of the building for expressing their concerns. About their loved ones this place is out of control and should be investigated before the cause , more harm to anyone else

If You Care about Your Loved Ones , This Is Not The Place for Them !!! ... It's more of a Correctional Facility than A Nursing Home . Administration Does Not Care about The Residents ! They Deserve to Be Shut Down !! Please Read REAL Reviews from this Place Not Staff Fake Family Reviews!!! Bless your Family Members. AGAIN PLEASE KEEP YOUR Family Safe !!! NOT All Staff are terrible , just most The Ones In Charge . Administration Needs to be Held Accountable.

Great care center! I had hyperbaric Oxygen treatments done here with Melissa as my technician. Melissa is one of the best, kindest, and most professional healthcare technicians I have ever met. Jenica the nursing practitioner is also terrific even though I didn't work with her as much. I would definitely recommend this place.

Silvercrest has a wonderful staff. First beginning with Finance. They really helped out a lot. Gerald wonderful took time to walk me to to the Finance office. I can’t say enough about the two young ladies in the finance office. They are polite, knowledgeable and showed a caring spirit for my family member. The nursing staff is also polite when I call they allow me to speak to my family member.
