Though I thought stay was unacceptably shortened by my insurance company , and wasn’t able to realize full potential of rehab therapy, my stay a Signature Healthcare was beneficial. Care was given in a professional and welcoming manner by all attending employees. Often times going out of their way to fulfill my request. The food was consistently good and timely. Special thanks to Lindsey for her care of my special needs. Signature will be a noted credit from me to anyone with interest.

This facility is one amazing facility if u need physical therapy all the way down to putting a loved one in this facility they go above and beyond to make anyone and everyone feel like family and like they are home if you are hesitant about putting a loved one in a facility send them to signature healthcare cause it’s a very clean facility and like I said the ppl are truly amazing

The staff here is awesome! I want to say my stay at signature healthcare in Elizabethton was great and Lindsey the case manager is great she goes above and beyond.make sure your needs are met and glenda a CNA was great the best CNA I have ever seen and diana the RN was the sweetest one she make sure to get what you need of she don't have in hand she make sure she go gets if dor you I love everybody here everyone treats you with respect not just one but everyone does their therapy team is great I would give them an A plus I will high recommend signature health in Elizabethton to anybody

I am a resident here now this make my fourth time being here I will not go to any other unless you all don’t have opening they are the nicest people here I want recognize some of the people Lindsey from social work she is the sweetest person I have ever met then you have Glenna as a cna then Dortha and then you have Diana Woodward Brandi cna on nights and they you have Victoria Kimmel Paige Montgomery Jeff Gilliam Andrea and Sylvester from physical therapy everyone goes above and beyond to meet you need they come check even if you are ok I love this place so much I overall rate them with an A plus thank you signature healthcare for being a great place to be when I leave after I’m they with my physical therapy I am going to miss this place and the workers
