Sierra Gateway

Sierra Gateway Senior Residence is an affordable senior housing community in Fresno, California, serving low-income residents age 62 and older. The community consists of 80 one-bedroom apartments and is conveniently located near a major thoroughfare with access to boutiques, stores, and services.

The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect with community and medical services. Residents have access to various activities including meetings, celebrations, and a resident-led Bible study group.

Pets are welcome at Sierra Gateway Senior Residence, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, addressing registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Service animals are exempt from pet rules, though residents remain responsible for their care and maintenance.
