Ankle cuffs and dozens of lost, labeled socks. Locked out with my confused parent because no one will answer the door buzzer or the telephone. Appears to have 1 sleepy staff for the whole floor. Not acceptable. No answer at the main desk. Shall I go on?

My father-in-law Mickey Kortendick came home yesterday after a stay of approximately nine weeks...Very pleased with his care at this facility. The physical therapist and the occupational therapist were amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Our mother/mother-in-law has resided at Shorelight Memory Care for more than 16 months. Our entire family is more than pleased with the care she is receiving. She is comfortable and secure in her surroundings. We visit her often and when we have concerns the staff is quick to accommodate us or find new ways to adapt to Mom’s needs. The facility is bright and full of activity on a daily basis. The staff is kind, compassionate and adaptable to the many residents and their individual issues and needs that fall under the huge and challenging umbrella of memory loss. The programming (including music, art, dance, crafts, visiting canines, and a myriad of other entertainment brought to the facility) is stimulating and enjoyed by residents and their families on a regular basis. We have nothing but positive raves for the staff of Shorelight Angels who lovingly care for and guide our mom through her days at this wonderful facility located on the shores of Lake Michigan.
