Management is great from the ED to all the clinical staff,and all the other managers. Always looks so clean and smells so nice throughout the building.

My father passed away.one sock on and one off. Someone else's t-shirt he had on. and a pile of dirty clothes of his in a basket for a long time. They got away with alot of lack of care knowing you could not see what actually was going on with care during covid.place may be clean and first impression may suck you in, but just like any other waste of money memory care place.all about money.

Parkview Gardens is a warm and welcoming community with a home-like environment. They have an amazing team that goes above and beyond to provide personalized and dignified care to their residents. I would definitely recommend Parkview Gardens for any assisted living or memory care needs.

Parkview gardens assisted living I would never send or recommend anyone to send their loved ones there it is a horrible place to be to live My mother was there and was mistreated they stoled her pain medications and would confronted it was all a misunderstanding a confusion but never said where the pills were things were stolen out of my mother's apartment she was talked to very harshly we could never talk to the director of the building she never had time for us she really acted like she just didn't care very unprofessional I don't even see how she has that position I was told by a detective that we contacted in regards to the theft of her meds they had many complaints about the gardens thefts and etc nothing was ever done to fix the problem instead we removed my mother from that horrible place The food they feed the residents isn't fit to feed a dog it is a really sad place looks really pretty they give a good performance take your money and then it all sits in where you're really at it was all lies please people be very careful keep your loved ones at home or somewhere other than The Parkview gardens horrible place and the director doesn't belong there she needs to be fired they need somebody who has a heart and is professional and that cares

My brother recently moved into Parkview Gardens Assisted Living. I was very impressed with the warmth, caring, and genuine concern from Nadia Garcia, Leslie Bacus, and Ashley Garrett on the day he arrived. From a welcome sign posted by his door, to a welcome package filled with information and goodies, to answering many, many questions, they made him feel valued and secure, despite his initial trepidation at the move.<br>The entire staff thus far has been friendly and helpful. This atmosphere has allayed many of his concerns and has given him hope for the future.
