I've lived here for 3 yrs it's great. They have food drives every week. And lots to do like alot of ceramic classes, bingo, gatherings in the community room for socials. They have a van to go shopping and meals at restaurants. Even go to potawatomi for gambling. The manager Ariel helped me when I was unable to get my med cause I was sick and couldn't drive. He went out of his way to help me.

Our property manager is excellent, caring and proficient. On his lunch break, he went to pick up my wheelchair down the street at the rehab facility. We all love him as our property manager and enjoy living here. Everyone is nice and sociable.

No on-site management full-time for over a year. New manager not interested in resident comments or in-put. Blows off any input from residents who have lived their fifteen years. Treats them as of no account.

I got the flu and couldn't go get my meds. So he went to pharmacy before work and got me my meds. Thank you Ariel james was a real trooper go out of his way to help me.

Despicable treatment of residents. Non-residents are allowed to roam the building at their leisure and request private “meetings” with elderly tenants in community rooms without video recording. Shady practices with leasing and severe miscommunication across all levels of management. Would never recommend this facility to a loved one.
