We have a caregiver from Shifa Home Care helping my mom, and it’s been a really positive experience so far. She’s kind reliable n easy to talk to. The office staff is also responsive and professional whenever we need to adjust schedules or ask questions. Overall, we’ve had a smooth experience and appreciate the consistency and care.

It is with a sense of humble and sincere gratitude that I am writing a review for Shifa Home Care services for the excellent service they provided to my Mom and Dad in Jan-May 2023 during a difficult health care crisis. In December, my Mom, who was a healthy, active Grandmother of 3 boys, suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized with a severe illness. After she came home, it became clear to us that she needed a caregiver on the weekdays that we could not visit her. I contacted Shifa Homecare after hearing positive reviews from family and friends. Mr. Syed Zainulabideen, who runs Shifa Home Care, Inc., was very professional, respectful, and helpful, and asked me what specific services were needed and to come up with a list of expectations to explain to the caregiver. He then promptly assigned the perfect caregiver, Ms. Jamila, to Mom's care and brought her to my parents' home for a meet and greet and to review all our expectations and rules on both sides. We were very fortunate to have been given such a wonderful caregiver who has been outstanding in terms of helping care for Mom through the worst phases of her illness when my husband, kids, and I could not be there and to give my Dad some much needed rest from caregiving duties. She has been professional, punctual, compassionate, and proactive in helping Mom. During her visits, she has given her good company, helped prepare delicious breakfast, chai, and lunches. She has motivated Mom to get back to a normal daily routine and to stay active by walking in between PT sessions. She has always kept herself busy, looking to tidy things up and even reorganize my parents' home to make everything easier and more accessible for them. She has also been receptive to feedback and suggestions, and she is very respectful. Initially, she had to provide constant assistance with walking and other activities of daily living, along with reminding her to take her meds, and helped out until my Mom recovered fully. My family and I are immensely thankful to Shifa Home Care services, Mr. Zainulabideen, and Ms. Jamila for their compassionate and professional care. The cost of services is reasonable and appropriate for the great care provided. There is also excellent management by Mr. Zainulabideen and he replies promptly whenever any assistance is needed. The quality of care provided by Shifa Home Care services is excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a dedicated, hardworking, trustworthy, and kind caregiver for themselves or a loved one. I only have positive feedback for Shifa home care as I’ve personally worked with them. The staff is very helpful Zain bhai has been super supportive throughout the whole process. He has tons of knowledge and information to assist you with. Best health organization. Would totally recommend everyone to Shifa Home care.

I was recommended to try Shifa Home Care for my elderly father, and I’m so glad I did—it was the best decision I could have made. The Shifa Care Agent was always punctual and provided exceptional care and comfort to my father. He truly enjoys the caregiver’s company, feeling as if they are part of our family. The Shifa Team also assisted with transportation for doctor’s visits, which was incredibly helpful. They have truly made a positive difference in our lives. I highly recommend Shifa Home Care!
