Horrible place!!! Food is inedible, they don't bring your meds on time, nobody answers the phone, elevators were broken, and it took them ages to get them fixed, which was dire as most patients couldn't walk. TVs blaring, people yelling, staff hanging around eating pizza, with attitudes. Loved one had his expensive razor stolen. DO NOT TRUST THE SHINY BROCHURES OR THE BOGUS POSITIVE REVIEWS!!

The check in as a visitor was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is bright, cheerful, immaculate, and filled with friendly staff. We were very happy to see our loved one in such caring hands.

Sherwood Oaks Post Acute is a positive place for people, who are rehabbing, following Surgery or an illness. The Nurses, CNA's, Staff are very nice, helpful, caring. Listening to the needs of the patients and their families. As far as the food, it is something less desirable, unlike most hospitals, where you can choose want you want, unfortunately that is not case with most rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities. They do a few meal options. My Mom was transferred there, from the hospital after a few days, following Ankle Replacement Surgery.
