I want to give a huge shout out to Monica! She is a fresh breath of air that woman! My friend was recently a patient at sheboygan health and he RAVED about how she greets him and others by their names. It's like she actually cared. It made my friend very happy and made his stay that much better. Maybe with the new year - she can pass her knowledge down to those around her! Keep doing you Monica!!!!<br>5 stars for Monica!!!!!

The Director of Nursing at 3613 at 3613 South 13th Street in Sheboygan Wisconsin the Director of Nursing and the Black Bald Headed guy who works at the fore mentioned address above is being prejudiced against Disabled American Veterans. I am a Disabled American and they both have and still are being prejudiced and discriminating against me. I hope this goes all the way to State Health Department.

Horrible place. The staff that are supposed to be care givers treat the people horribly.
