They are run by Horizon - the absolute worst Apt. Management in Sheboygan. Can't even do simple tasks like return calls, or fix defects, promptly.

Very clean veryEfficientApartments to live in. Maintenance person responds to request usually within the week.I asked the maintenance person about the review that said people had cold waterFor 6 daysAnd heSaidThat he had to wait for the part for the boiler to come in.

Living here two years now. Pitiful.67 apartments, 6 washing machines three that don't rinse properly, only 3 inches of water to rinse clothes. This might be a blessing, at least we smell like laundry soap instead of body oder. The hot water<br><br>No hot water twice this year! The elevator was broke down for a week and a half. 3 story building, full of seniors

My mother lives at Waterview, she has been without hot water since last Tuesday. The residents were finally told that it might be fixed by this Tuesday. THAT IS A WEEK...The manager did not notify the residents, she was not available. Just a locked door. This is unacceptable.
