This Company is only out for thd Monthly State Check, the place at Thurke Dr. was filthy, no food, no one is in charge, no monitoring of medication, in the bathroom no hand towels, toilet paper, air ducts and vents filthy, was sticking to the kitchen floor, no one was helping in feeding the client's that need help, employees locked themselves in the office, no supervision, our family member declined in Health with 45 days, repeated hospitalizations, county should shut you done immediately, driver of bus slammed on bracked, client fell out of wheelchair, didn't call ems, waited for staff to come and pick up client off the floor, and couldn't, after realizing they finally called ems. Shame on you!

Always no food in the house, management doesn't care about their staff or residents, management doesn't communicate with their staff when there is a issue, house is never cleaned and stocked properly

Vista Care has been a wonderful agency for my disabled sister. We have known Erin Krause, the local area director for 12 years and she is beyond wonderful. Recently met Kelley Potenziani and she goes above and beyond as well.<br><br>Vista Care makes values and ethics a priority. Honesty, integrity and accountability are extremely important to them.<br><br>Colleagues share in successes and help with setbacks.<br><br>They value and acknowledge feelings through active listening, open communication and support one in difficult situations. Celebrate times of success!<br><br>The atmosphere of innovation and imagination leads to new ways of doing things given experiences.<br><br>Transparent, frequent, clear communication with client, host home provider and family/guardian.<br><br>Incorporate fun! Summer picnic, celebrate holidays etc!<br><br>Connected- agency is there for providers, clients, and family/guardians any time. One does not feel they need an appointment. Great environment.<br><br>Respite care available to host home providers and clients.<br><br>Nurturing- professional development classes provided to keep a provider connected and up to date.<br><br>Flexible- the agency has always been flexible when family needs something or vice versa. Always there for you.<br><br>Vista Care stays on top of all the Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations so that the family/guardian does not have too. They re-certify the client as needed.<br><br>Would highly recommend Vista Care for your loved one!
