As a family member, I was impressed by the caring and professional staff. They took the time to explain things to us and answered our questions in a encouraging manner. I know we were in great hands with patient care. They are top-notch!

It is hard to believe I am giving Serenity a five star review. When your loved one goes in a facility like this you are not in the “5 STAR” mood. But, after 60 days at Serenity, in the “Short-Term” wing, I have nothing but praise for the Care Team here. The nurses and assistants are attentive, caring and more than competent. There are too many names to mention. Tyler, Carl and the Therapist Team were outstanding. Firm but compassionate and always looking to communicate with my mom and with the family. It is hard to meet the likes of everyone when it comes to food. But, I was there for almost every lunch and found the food very good. The management and business support staff was also very attentive and responsive. I think many residents are on Medicare or Medicaid. We were not and were paying out of pocket. I saw no evidence of different treatment for this reason, which is great. The whole staff was always friendly and met us with a smile. I often saw general staff pitching in to serve food. There was no “that’s not my job” anywhere, at any time. This is amazing given the things they must have to see and do. I HIGHLY recommend Serenity it would be my first choice should I have a loved one in need in the greater Twin Falls area!

The team at Serenity Transitional is one of a kind! They are one of the hardest working healthcare providers I've ever seen. Our experience with them was amazing! We would recommend Serenity to anyone in need of post-surgery care.

I’ve been in quite a few facilities over the years, but this one is so great.. from the moment you walk in, you just feel such a positive energy. It is clean, it’s cozy, they have this activity area that is so fun to be in.. (it stood out to me the first time I ever visited the facility.. because I thought it was such a nice and fun space to be able to spend time together as a family while visiting our loved one..& it is, especially if you’ve got smaller kiddos who need a bit of entertainment 🤗) Everything about Serenity feels intentional, and you just know they pride themselves with giving the best care you could hope for. Everyone has always been so kind, so helpful, so comforting.. They have the best staff. I never have to worry.. i will always choose and recommend Serenity. Thank you guys for everything you do!! You have no idea what it means to us.
