My experience with Randy Koepnick has been extraordinary. My mother and my thoughts and feelings about Randy are genuine and true. He is a wonderful caregiver/helper. He is caring and friendly with a uplifting spirit. We will be sure to use him in the future. Wouldn't trade him for anyone else. Much love and respect for him. ❤️😊🤲🙏

My mother started receiving care from Comfort Keepers approximately one year ago. The service and wonderful personal care has allowed my mother to continue to live in her home. They are dependable with no missed days or no shows and are always available to make changes to my mother’s schedule. She receives compassionate daily care that ensures she takes her medications, eats lunch, keeps up with personal hygiene, and much more, while making her feel independent. I would like to personally thank my mother’s main caregiver Maria. She continues to amaze me with her dedicated care. She makes meals in advance, tracks medical appointments, shops, and makes sure my mother doesn’t miss her weekly hair appointment. I would also like to thank Dawn and Rhonda. Dawn has also been very helpful guiding me through the whole caregiving process. She is available when I have questions and addresses any concerns or questions that I may have. Rhonda is very helpful and is accommodating when making schedule changes. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone that may be looking for compassionate and dependable care.

From the moment I contacted Dawn to have Comfort Keepers help me as I recover from surgery, I felt comforted and knew from past experiences from friends I would receive excellent care. Tonya is a gem. She has a special way about her that makes me feel secure and happy to have her come. I am just briefly acquainted with other care givers, but all have been pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. Diane Harris Fast Forward Two Weeks: I have been recovering from my knee surgery and have had excellent care from Tonya, my main caregiver. She has helped me with my personal care and keeping things in order in my apartment. Other fine caregivers who I have enjoyed meeting and have been so thoughtful are Kathryn, who was my primary caregiver in the evening, Lexi, Micki, Kiersten and Bonnie. Hats off to Dawn and Rhonda for a great job of scheduling and all the good work you do.

My dad has been with Comfort Keepers for over a year now. His quality of life (and mine) would be so much less if we did not have CK’s in his almost daily life. They are responsive, kind, fun and his care givers are just perfect for his personality. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
