The way I've been hearing from my mom whom is there, the caring is not caring at all. They take for ever to answer the button. Leaving her in her on feces for over an hour or more...this is not acceptable

I am Luisa Clark I live in Seattle Wa I just want to say that my dad came to this place almost two and a half months ago, and I came to visit him because I'm not live here. I was so impressed by the attention, the affection, and all the care they give my father. He's better off here than where he was with supposed relatives. I want to tell you to never change your ways because you put your heart into caring for all these people who need love and attention. So, I humbly offer my personal opinion. I am very grateful to God and to you for how you treat my dad, José Martínez. May God bless you and may you always have that love to care for people, the elderly, and my dad. God bless you.!! ♥️♥️♥️
