I have had the absolute WORST experience with Sr. Life. They have not brought my medications and I haven't had any aides since the end of Feb.!!!! I also haven't had a shower since the middle of Feb.!!! I realize that the Dauphin County Assistance office has still not processed my paperwork( in order to stay a patient with Sr. Life), but I was told by Sr. Life that they had all my necessary papers as of March 1. In addition a lady by the name of Xiomara was supposed to be emailing D.C.A.O. twice a week to check on the status of my application as well as other patients. She was recently fired. To summarize, if you do not mind going without meds, showers, aides and doctor appts. then Sr. Life is fine...barely.

If you love family member don't send them here. They never have supplies etc. Wipes and other things they are suppose to supply. They also can not give physical therapy as they promised because they are to short and they have to give the showers. Now they just said they will no longer be giving snacks because they cost to much. The never return calls. The staff is great but the management is the problem. They get your family in there and will not take care of them. They don't have enough staff to even give showers. They miss doctor appointments. They will do the least amount of work possible. They will not supply the things they need of They are handicapped.

Great program. Well worth it.<br><br>I recently was in the hospital for 5 days due to a heart related issue that caused me to collapse in the street after discovering my jeep got broken into.<br><br>Senior life is paying ALL OF IT.<br><br>It’s not perfect, some of the staff can get overwhelmed, but a great many of them shine.<br><br>Jason, who is in charge of the day room where most of us hang out, deserves a medal and a huge raise!!!<br><br>He is awesome every day.<br><br>Thank you God for this program. I’m not worried about where the cash to run this program, I just thank the lord it exists.
