Some things I disagree with that senior life is doing now. And transportation is not working right with taking our drivers to go somewhere else I have not been to the center since last Thursday I think it was. They say because of ice I have walked out side on the side walk just fine and my neighbor moved his car and put the trash can there so they can pull in there with the van but no they keep sending the bus if they come I'm just venting because I'm getting tired of being in my house they're not saying four walls not doing nothing cuz I've already cleaned and everything so I have nothing to do it's boring I would love to come to the center I miss the people I am getting so sick and tried of them not coming to get me for my senior center days I have asked them plenty of times to send a van or the little van that have that can be door to door service . They have not even did that . I am so sick and tried of not going to senior center that is how I get out and talk with people any other time I am in my house because it hurts going up and down the stairs doing that a lot of times of the day

My mom loves going everyday. She won't miss a day. They have great staff and good food. The Drs nurses and staff are the best. If you need something at home they will help you get it.

The only thing worthwhile positive saying about Senior Life is the nursing and the home care service. As for the other Senior Life services, they all SUCK!!! I’m ready to pull my wife out of Senior Life!!!

We signed my mother up who has Dementia they promised us they would send someone to help her get ready personal needs bath, they did for one week they don't returns phones calls as of 9/3/,25 I am definitely looking to remove her from this program I think it's just a way to get the elderly free stuff they get thru Medicare and Medicaid that book where they order supplies THE center keeps it for themselves while mom insurance is paying it should be her book and card they take everything and don't do nothing but give them coffee and a meal than send them home after 3 to 4 hrs hardly interact with the elders there I sat with my mom the first day for 2 hrs Not one person came to say hi introduced themselves but 1 resident the others just walked pass me and mom. it's only been 2 months and I rather have a inhome aide

This place will do as little as possible to make a higher profit. My mother was enrolled for 10 months in 2024 and I can’t think of one thing they did for her that I didn’t have to call and complain about first.
