I don’t like the payee program and I only get $100 a week as well as $25 a Month for Laundry and when I ask for more money I don’t get it until like a month later cause of my budget but still I should get my money when I ask for it even though I have rent and electric but they also take $55 out for there services Which I don’t need or want it can save me $55 each month.

My experience with them is great. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. They always help me when I ask for it. My expenses are handled without issues. And when I need anything they fulfill my request.

Well they did some illegal this such as being my sons payee after the fact my baby mom told them she wants me to be the pay and now I’m not my sons payee anymore. We also didn’t give them permission to be his payee. So at this point I’m calling social security and putting a flag on his account until this situation is resolved. And I will be getting a lawyer. Because me or my son mother never gave you rights to be his payee. So at this point. I’m my own payee. How is it that you guys think you can get away with being someone payee with out the parents consent…. Me personally my sons mother has a right to say on who the payee is as well as myself. We are the parents. I thought this program was to help not take something.

These are the worst rep payee! Hopefully you'll have a better rep payee! They lied too many times. I'm sorry for trying to make it through this again. I twice reported the facts to SSI. I have tried reaching the director and it was still unresolved. I'm so done with them. You know that you can't trust anyone with the agency. I'm trying to tell you the truth, save your money! I'm so exhausted from all of M. H. A. Keep it up! It's overwhelming and they are not going to let you have any right's! Enough is enough!
