I have to agree with John the guy driving there van is going to kill someone I encountered him on 280 he was trying to make another lane dipping in n out of traffic made a right turn on red n there's three signs telling you no turn on red he ran a red light I'm going to call the state on them n have them investigate them n Dot check there drivers prudential I wouldn't put my dog in this facility r on that van let alone a human being

This place is very very bad and unclean. It is not maintained at all. There were no tissues in the clinic strange instead there were towels which were not even washed . The bed was stinking and oo much for me that I never ever visit the place.

The dude driving the van is NUTS! Dude cut me off and ran through traffic like some Mad Max movie, then flips me off! Should NOT be allowed to drive the elderly!
