This agency engages in unethical practices. Employees are mistreated, their hours are taken away, and payments are withheld even though the agency continues to bill insurance companies. What is most concerning is that when workers or clients leave, the agency responds with threats and intimidation. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate and alarming for a home care provider. I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to proceed with caution.

My grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cruz, receive assistance from home aide Ms. Rocio. She's been absolutely wonderful. Very kind, attentive and incredibly patient.
