Looks like a lot of the reviews are coming from employees let’s reverse that and put a review about families and their patients. This is our experience with the company coming into our home. We’ve had this company for an estimated 3 weeks since intake. They sent a lady to do the intake she stayed the complete time. The next day we got a phone call and they didn’t have staff to cover our shift. The next day we received the same phone call. This continues for 2 weeks. We were told to use our back up plan every single time. At one point my husband told them they were the back up plan we are the main plan. Two weeks pass by and we finally had staff on a Monday. The lady came in and wanted to give a bed bath with a wet wipe. Thank God, my friend was here to show her how to give an actual bed bath. Wednesday we get a phone call. They don’t have staff. Today (Thursday) we get a phone call and they don’t have staff. I’ve officially canceled their services. If you want a company that will show up. Don’t choose this company.
