Absolutely horrified at the level of unprofessionalism!! My family was assured our Mom would receive the care she needed after a life altering event. Less than 24 hours, we are being told that the level of care needed would not be provided here. The nurse for my Mother was absolutely rude and flat out stated she would not be checking on her as much as we were told she would, her name is Theresa. This facility and nursing staff, seen and left feces from one end of the floor to the other in the room. Did not clean it up when it happened, and only had it cleaned when I made it known it was not acceptable care! I highly recommend not putting anyone you care about in this facility. You will be told one thing, while their actions are completely different!
