this gps on Google maps is incorrect and had caused me some problem as to giving a false time line and this continues to happen. there's only one other explanation 4 this and that's if someone else is logged on into one of my accounts and its showing there location as my time line instead ???? Has this happened to anyone else?

Before they so rudely and abruptly dropped me as a client, for the purpose taking on ONLY clients that would require 8 to 12 hours a day care. I actually liked not only the people in the office who were very communicative, but I also liked the staff that they had coming to help me. I thought it very unprofessional that they did this, to anybody who didn't get more help. I only received 2 hours a week, I currently only need 4 hours a week and with only 4 hours they still will not take me on as a client. I find that just a little upsetting to say the least, especially when I was such a easy to care for client. I did not ask anything of the caregivers that was not specifically on their list, of things that they did for their clients, so I have revised my assessment of the company. Because of what they did, I'm with a company that I am not happy with, I'm not very happy with my caregiver, she does okay but she does not do as good a job as the girls that I had with this company.

Home Instead has been like family in our home. They have been taking care of my husband Terry, post stroke and have been caring, compassionate and have given us professional, over the top care for over 12 months now. The Home Instead caregivers have become part of our family and have kept safety, compassion and dignity in mind with Terry's care plan. Thank you Home Instead. Thank you for being part of our family and allowing me the comfort to return back to work and provide for my family.

I am very happy with the help we received. I only wish we had started sooner. Abigail was wonderful and took initiative to help with things I didn't think to ask her to do.
