Such a great community! You can really tell this company cares about the health and well being of their residents. Everything from the menu to the events planned are well thought out. The employees love working here and the residents love living here.

Reaching out to all retirement communities in Charlotte, NC. I live in Colorado and my grandmother is 89 and legally blind. I've exhausted myself in E-mailing and calling many retirement communities, 55+ communities, Independent living and anything else i can think of. Being out of state i cant come and tour any of the places i have researched. With that being said this Senior Living Communities is the only company to not care at all. Everyone else has reached out through E-mail or a phone call and on more then 1 occasion.<br><br>With Senior Living Communities i get a generic E-mail back saying we would love for you to come tour!...I wrote a decent sized emailing explaining my situation and that is what i receive back? So i reiterate that i am out of state and need information via phone or E-mail and i have had zero response.<br><br>Does this make this place a bad place to put your parent or grandparent..No. But it does speak volumes. Did you read my email before copy and pasting a generic response having little to do with my needs. When spending this amount of money i do expect effort. I work in a funeral home and i understand the sensitivity of situations and figuring out what to do with your blind elderly grandparent whom you don't live close to is hard, emotional and deserving of a human response. If you care so little from the start i can only imagine the effort that goes in everywhere else.
