Senior LIFE Greene

Senior LIFE Greene is a program in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, serving individuals aged 55 and older who qualify for Medicaid and meet the State-determined level of care. The program enables participants to receive care while living safely and independently at home for as long as possible.

Through Senior LIFE, members access a comprehensive range of services including rehabilitation and other healthcare needs. Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure continuous support. For those who qualify for Medicaid and live in the community, there is no cost to join the program.

Senior LIFE's team of healthcare professionals specializes in geriatric care and includes doctors, nurses, specialists, physical therapists, home care aides, and other specialists. These professionals are dedicated to providing individualized care based on each participant's specific needs. The interdisciplinary team works to coordinate and preapprove all services, with emergency care available both in-network and out-of-network.

The LIFE Health and Wellness Center operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. To qualify for the program, participants must be age 55 or older, meet the State-determined level of care, live within the Senior LIFE coverage area, and be able to safely live within the community. Senior LIFE is a voluntary program, and participants may disenroll at any time.
