Staff was very kind and helpful, this was the first time I visited this location and they were more than happy to aid me with navigation and the sign-in process.

The staff is very friendly and were helpful when I had questions about how my family member was doing in therapy. The therapy staff was very open to requests that we needed for a medical appointment outside of the facility. The nurses that I had contact with were also very helpful and informative.

I visited my family member during the day and the building was clean and smelled clean (as much as you can in a healthcare facility). They had residents out doing activities/socializing in the hall and a lot of staff present throughout the building. 2 staff members came in to check on our loved one during the visit, and were helpful to the roommate as well. The room was clean and tidy. My loved one has had a good experience so far and said the food is good as well, with decent-sized portions. Thank you all for all you do for the residents and keeping the facility clean.

I was a visiting a friend. The check-in process was simple. The room was clean. Some of the furnishings are in need of update. The food looked very good. There appeared to be a feeder outside each patient's window. The few staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because, as a visitor, I believe businesses that care for the elderly or infirmed should never be happy with what they provide but strive to always do better.
