My mother n law was in the facility until her passing and they staff was wonderful. I didn't meet one nasty person. They are great and took exceptional great care care of her. They treat you like family!

Overall, we have had a positive experience with WeCare at Rolling Meadows. The staff has been caring, professional, and respectful while providing support and care for my mother. The facility is clean, and it is clear that many team members are dedicated to making a difference in residents’ lives.<br><br>The Activities Director has been outstanding, creating engaging activities and helping bring energy and connection to the residents. The physical therapy team has also been excellent — they are challenging and expect effort, but they are fair, supportive, and focused on helping residents make progress.<br><br>One area that could be improved is the laundry process. Early on, a few of my mother’s clothing items were misplaced. After we added better labels to her clothing, the situation improved significantly, and we experienced far fewer issues.<br><br>We truly appreciate the staff’s hard work and the care they provide to residents and their families. Thank you for your commitment and dedication.
