At first I looked forward to going on the days I picked. I don't know how many times I have asked if or when I would receive home care and house keeping. The one's I have asked sometimes would not give me a straight answer. Other times they would say it's in process. They wouldn't come to let the 8 of us know that our bus is running 2 hours behind. Us 8 sat in the dinning area for 3 hours A member got up, went to talk to Jeremy. What he said and did was unprofessional. He could of asked us to go to his office one at a time to give him our complaint in private, oh no he got into my face and another members face. Making it sound and look like it was our responsibility to him to his office, for the 41 years of customer service it's the one who is in-charge to be the responsible one to say let's take a walk to my house to talk privately. But no Jeremy, he has to get over powering to be disrespectful and unprofessional. One of the drivers took pictures of my backdoor because it doesn't have steps for me to be safe to be able to step down without having fear of falling. Ryan got the picture message of what I needed to have to feel safe. That same driver look another picture sent it to Ryan again and said I never got a message, had no idea that I needed a ramp or steps with rails to step down safely. I was told that they would fix my front steps so that I could go out my front door. Ryan for the second time said he never was informed of my front and back to have it safely to where I could be more safe because I'm a high risk at falling. If I don't get this done with my steps and having a house and to help me with sweeping only the living, dinningroom and kitchen, dishes. I'll need to find other company that basically does the same like Senior Life and the Senior Life Center. My Anxiety and depression has got worse. I'm sick and tired of being ignored and over looked. I do love going to the Center. I do hope you can solve this. If you can you can call me Uniontown has my house number and cell number, the cell is the quickest way to get me. Thank you and have a wonderful glorious day.

Mostly kind staff, clean environment. My only concern is that the people serving food don't seem to know what they're serving. They walked around on our first trip here handing out "chocolate chip" cookies that were actually peanut butter. You could smell the peanut butter in them the second they were near you. The second instance was when they were handing out "vanilla" pudding that was banana. You could smell the banana and it was bright yellow. Please know what youre serving people. Peanuts especially are a massive allergy for people.

Senior Life in Uniontown Pennsylvania were the old Foodland was located. Is a wonderful program for Seniors who are 55 years and older. Senior Life provides great programs in their place like a Medical Clinic, Physical Therapy, and great lunch program. There staff who work there are in my opinion very wonderful people. And there Director is assume because he has a great knowledge for what is currently going on. So Senior Life in Uniontown has the support of Mayor Gerky, Vice Mayor Robinson, Secretary of Defense Rebecca, and the City Council.

My father signed up to Senior Life a few years ago, against the family's recommendations as he did not need in home care. He saw this as an inexpensive health insurance plan (he was 80). Senior Life filled his prescriptions for 2 months, that's it. Never transported him, never provided in home care or housing for my father. He quit after 2 months. He passed late last year and we were shocked to discover that Senior Life had charged Medicare $4,000 per month for the last 27 months of his life, even though he didn't use the program and was never in their care. Medicare is taking it from my father's estate, which means his home, his car, and everything he worked for his whole life is now state owned. For $172 worth of prescriptions, his estate paid more than $100,000 and my siblings and I are left nothing from his estate. Shameful abuse of the system and seniors.
