My uncle was just there the staff was terrible. They couldn't be bothered to try and order the armrest for his wheelchair. One of the staff held one of his arms while the other took my uncle's arms and made him hit himself with it. My uncle is 72 and has cerebral palsy . His bed sores are to the bone from not being properly cleaned. He was for only a few weeks . He is back in the hospital. He won't be going back there.

This facility has had different owners for a year and a half now. The staff are great; the residents get great care and will verify it anytime. In November 2024, the state gave the facility a five-star rating after talking with residents during their survey. That rating can be found at the CMS website. In January 2025, Newsweek gave Beltline HC the title of the Best Nursing Home in Garland and one of the best in the state of Texas. There have been many happy residents and family members since the new company took over. Their heart and dedication show every day.

First no one speaks understandable English. Everything must be repeated 2-3X. The facility is sub par. My mother was in two different rooms. Both were substandard. Closet doors missing and broken. None of the dressers have knobs. The furniture is at least 40 years old. The beds as well. They are hand cranked. Not one item isnt broken. If you look around you can see areas that havent been cleaned in at least 5 years. The bathrooms look like DIY gone bad. The care was mediocre.

Outstanding experience with an attentive and thoughtful staff. Management is solid and lead a wonderful group of folks that obviously have a heart for skilled and nursing care. Michelle, the director of nursing, is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Thankful for her and her team. Thank you very much for the care you offer.

Looking at some of the bad reviews , it looks like old and unhappy staff. I can not speak to what happened with the old management, but since I have been here it has been great. Direct care employees are wonderful and residents are great. We are a CMS rated 4-5 star facility and we take great care of our residents. I am so sorry for all the old staff who have grievances , but this new mgt team is awesome , and I have seen it all from high end to the low end.
