Took my second tour of Seagrass. The residents and staff were all welcoming. I love the facility and look forward to moving to Seagrass.

After visiting three or four different retirement and assisted living facilities my mother moved into Seagrass Village this past December. Alex, the Director of Sales, along with Sherry, the Move-In Coordinator, and Andrea, were extremely helpful, courteous, and always maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Alex was very organized, assisted us with all of the paperwork, and responded quickly to the many questions I had during this transition. Amie, the Director of Resident Services, was also very helpful in answering questions about my mother’s specific needs, both now and potentially in the future. My mother, my sisters, and I visited three or four times before making our final decision, and each visit was filled with a welcoming and positive energy. Residents would often wave, smile, and say hello as we toured the community, which made us feel immediately at ease. To this day, the staff at Seagrass Village remain warm and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. One of the key factors in helping us feel comfortable with the move was Sherry. She met with us two or three times, and her honesty, positivity, and genuine care for my mother were clear from the beginning. With her experience, she knew exactly how to speak with my mom and helped her feel comfortable and confident about transitioning into assisted living. I also think it’s wonderful that Seagrass Village offers independent living alongside assisted living, creating a supportive and uplifting environment. Sherry played a crucial role in our decision, and the entire staff has been exceptional. My mother is extremely happy and often says she feels like she’s living in a sorority house with her new friends.

Beautiful facility with so much to do (if you want)! Went for a tour today with my husband's 93 year old grandmother. Ms. Sherry did a fabulous job showing us around. She was very informative, but not pushy at all. She explained all the wonderful activities that were available. Everything from arts & crafts to bingo to happy hour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The facility is gorgeous! Residents all seemed very happy. I wanted to join some of the ladies for their card game in the dining room, and they invited me to do so. Saw several residents' family members throughout the facility. They all seemed happy and comfortable and to be enjoying their time visiting. Wonderful experience, 5 stars! I hope my husband's grandmother can move there soon.

I met Sherry upon arrival, very nice and hospitable in a beautiful office. we talked, for few minutes, gave me brochures re: affordability, independent living, and assisted living. She then took me on a tour, showed me a furnished 1 bedroom, and an unfurnished 1 bedroom. Dining room, gym, Pool, told me about the menu. And a separate dining room, if you want company. I had a wonderful tour, could not have gone better. Sherry is a great hostess! I would give Seagrass a 10!! Has everything you need. I would not mind living there. Thanks Sherry!!
