I would not allow my worst enemy to use Thomas Home Health . They are absolutely terrible administratively and clinically . They do have a few good clinicians , but few and far between . I have many years of experience with home health and hospice via my husband who is since deceased . Positive experiences with many providers and a few agencies as we moved . Firstly you have to harass them to get a visit . Next when called out . they outright lie and say they tried contacting you when they did not . Phone call and text messages do not lie! There administrator is incompetent and in my case trying to get rid of the problem ..which they allege is me ! I will not get into a lot more details ....but I highly DO NOT recommend them and if you use them you likely will have the same problems ! I am filing complaints with four organizations regarding Thomas Home Health . Thank you for allowing me to tell my story .

Brad McDonald PTA ,was outstanding, and provided extremely professional service to my father Victor B Meaut Sr. . Unfortunately my father went on to Hospice care and passed away. My family will always remember the professionals PT, Nurses , wound care Kelly CRNP , they provided a personal caring that is sometimes missing in healthcare theses I am a Retired RN and I see these individuals and appreciate them , Healthcare is a calling not only a job and it very evident in Thomas Home Healthcare. Thank you all.

Thomas Home Health delivers compassionate, hands-on care that truly makes a difference. We’ve seen their team in action inside the home, and it’s clear how much they value each patient. Meagan, the Executive Director, leads with excellence and heart and it's evident when they're in the home. We’re always confident when her team is involved. Highly recommend Thomas Home Health in Baldwin County.

We moved to Fairhope, August, 2008. Within a week my husband was diagnosed with dual lobe brain cancer; we had to be in-hospital for a week each chemo. Thomas Home Health took care of him from first arriving home to his "discharge" with "NED"=no evidence of disease, Two years later. We could not have had BETTER nor MORE CARING assistance. One nurse in particular, Ms. Wendi became "Our Angel" for she lifted his Spirit when no-one else could; she was no-nonsense yet loving. We would have called them this last time but they did not have hospice; YET, Ms. Wendi CAME and for that, I am eternally grateful. You will not find a more professional or caring company.
