I came by to get prices, nobody could help me. They did not know information on the community. They gave me a card and said only one person on staff knows the pricing. They said the person I needed to speak to was "busy". I went home and called later. They said only one person could help me (again). They transferred me to the voicemail who knows the top secret information. I left a message and they never called me back. Very unfortunate given this is a brand new community. Property management 101; the easy part is securing a new resident. The hard part is retaining one. I managed successfully for years. Trusting a place with my mother is hard to overcome after the easy part is difficult.

Amanda did a great job showing us around and answering our questions. FYI, the state of Alabama does wave income tax on military retirement pay as well as SS which results in lowering your income tax rate very low for Military Retirees, Thanks so much, we love the Reserve,
