A friend of mines father was just placed in this facility and boy… I’m lost for words for the condition of the facility. His room has portable AC unit and it was 80 degrees even when waking in the hallway it’s super hot. This whole building needs a renovation. The carpets are also not in the greatest condition. The ceiling tiles ewww. I would think twice about putting your family member here. From what we saw I don’t even think they monitor whether he eats or not. Not good at all.

This place is awful. The food is inedible. The med techs are unqualified. The cafeteria staff is mean and withholds food from residents. Have to use a form to get food. Do not eat that food. Does not take care of toilets or air conditioners.

We are deeply disturbed by what we witnessed during our recent visit. In our experience, the level of care here was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about patient safety and dignity. When we arrived, our loved one was eating food off the floor because no one was assisting him. The room smelled strongly of urine, with soiled towels and sheets left around him, and his feet were black from dirt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in far too long.

No patient — especially someone recovering from a traumatic brain injury who depends on staff for basic care — should ever be left in those conditions. What we saw felt neglectful, disrespectful, and inhumane. Families trust facilities like this to provide compassionate, attentive care, and what we witnessed was the opposite.

We strongly urge anyone considering this facility to think carefully and thoroughly research other options. Our experience left us heartbroken, alarmed, and advocating for immediate changes so no other family has to see their loved one treated this way.

Moved my mom in here 5 years ago. She has consistently deteriorated. The place is getting worse and worse. It’s dirty and has a bug problem. They do not help the residents with bathing and never give medication on time. Do not put your parent here. It’s sad. Used to be a great place before the new management took over.
