We were Impressed w/ this place, full of nice caring staff & cleanliness of the facility. Special thanks to these wonderful ladies for all the assistance & services rendered to our aunt's rehab stay... Marilyn Bartolome DON Anne Tiongson, Melchu, Veronica , Jennifer, Enric & Luella plus the CNAs. Thank you & keep up the good work 🥰

Great facility and I appreciate all the kindness for the patients and for myself thankful for all department and the rehab department helped me alot! And the food was okay but I'm thankful thanks again for Jennifer for attending me. I highly recommended the facility If I ever need therapy I will definitely come back

Mom was there for two months and we are so grateful that she was at SCPA. Friendly staff, answer questions, get to know the patients. They are patient & kind. Mom loved PT . Clean, nice location and we felt Mom was in good hands. Shout out to Jennifer, Veronica and Melchu! Thank you!!

My dad spent three months at this recovery center, and I am truly grateful for the care and support he received. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, and respect every step of the way. They not only focused on his recovery but also on his overall well-being, making sure he felt comfortable and supported throughout his stay. The communication with our family was excellent, and we always felt included in his progress. Thanks to their dedication, my dad made incredible improvements. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional place for their loved ones.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about SC Post Acute. From the first day, the staff made my mother feel welcome, respected, and truly cared for. The nurses, therapists, and support team went above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and excellent care every single day. The rehab team was outstanding—patient, encouraging, and skilled at helping residents regain independence. They tailored therapy to my mother’s needs and motivated without pushing too hard. The medical care was thorough, and any concerns were addressed promptly with compassion. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a home-like atmosphere. The meals were nutritious and surprisingly tasty, and the activity programs kept spirits high. My mom always felt respected, heard, and supported—not just as a patient, but as a person.
