From the time I walked into this facility myself and my mother have been treated with nothing but kindness! The administrator Rick is so helpfull with every question you have in helping you with this transition for your family. He and the staff really care about the residents! My mother has gained weight since shes been there and looks healthy and happy.They have a ton of fun events for there residents(family).This is the very best choice for your family member in this area.I have lived in this town 25 years and after hearing from friends about other facilitys in town I am so glad I made this choice!! Lastly I can go to work and on trips and no that she is being treated like family. Thankyou Rick and staff for everything you have done for us!!

My sister stayed here and received very poor care. She was left unattended for hours at a time. The bed had to be cranked up by hand and she would be left in the same position for hours at a time. No bedpan available. The bathroom was very dirty. She was there last spring. She was found unresponsive and sent to the hospital where she passed away.

The building just needs a bit of improvement. That is coming soon. Nothing matters more than Careful, protective, mindful, professional,seasonal, and engaging staff. I was really impressed. Wow I would had no issue if I had to having a family member there. Thank you for what you do

My mother with ALZ was left unattended and unclean only hours being admitted. We were called from the manager 2 hours after returning home to say there was concern she could be injured as she was wondering confused. This is listed as a memory care faculty. It is not. It is filthy, ill-equipped with untrained unprofessional management. We returned same day to remove her. We were not ID’d or questioned, arriving after regular business hours. There is no sign in. Storage areas and shower room doors are open. Any resident could enter. The room had broken furniture, a filthy movable tray, doors were missing from the bathroom cabinet and the lights didn’t work. This has been reported to the state. This is place needs to be investigated and closed if they don’t meet excellent standards of care.

My husband is a patient at Sandwich Rehab. We chose this place so I could visit as often as possible, I live next door. For the most part all staff are caring. Just know you have to be your love ones voice. Nurses will do their best to help. No family wants to put a loved one in a nursing home but this facility at least will listen to your concerns. Greatly appreciate we have a good place to take care of them when we can't anymore. Bless all
