This is absolutely the filthiest worst place I've ever seen. It's literally a place to just go and die. The patients mattress looked like someone died and melted into it. They did not provide a handicap, accessible bathroom to someone that was wheelchair bound for brushing teeth or washing hands.

My mother spent a couple weeks here. Absolutely the best care ever! All the staff were wonderful, helpful, and very loving. She didn't want for anything. They are under new management and are a bit noisy right now because they are remodeling and fixing everything. New manager made it a point to greet us at signing and to let us know Mom would be taken good care of, and the changes they are making. Would recommend. Great nursing and rehab!

Worst place ever!! Thank god my mom passed and didn’t have to spend another day there. It reminded me of some of the places I had to stay while being deployed in the military. Food was always late, cold. No communication between staff. The front office was very unprofessional and never had a clue what was going on. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms were not user friendly for handicap. My mom never got showers when she was supposed to. I could go on forever here. All I have to say if you want your loved one to pass put them here. They don’t even let pets come visit. That made my mom so sad on her last days here on earth. Her dog was everything to her and she cried everyday for her dog. Highly recommend going somewhere else. I do t even know how this place is even open.

My very good friend was in your rehab facility as a patient recently. she was very unhappy there. your food was terrible and your care was terrible. You can do better than that. you didn’t take care of her. when she called on her call light, she had to wait for quite a while (seemed like hours) for you guys to answer. Meds were delivered late or missed entirely. Food was delivered lukewarm. You had rude people there to work with her. And, worst of all, she never got the therapy she originally was sent there for. Very very disappointing!

This place is terrible. If you can find another place anywhere near, go there. My grandma became a resident if this place a few years ago. The initial entry area and reception desk is nice, well maintained and clean. But once you go into the rooms, you see the lack of care of maintenance issues abounding. It reminded me of a third-world house I visited when I was in college. It's extremely dirty, the staff is non-existent and, overall, they could care less about the patients. This was clear when my grandma and her roommate were forced to move out of their room because of "bed bugs" and they didn't have any time to grab their belongings. My grandma lost several of her keepsakes and my grandma's roommate still hasn't gotten her mother's portrait picture back. The nurses are often very late to put patients to bed, feed them, help them change their clothes. There are a couple of nurses that are very kind, loving and caring, but overall this place is a disgusting nightmare.
