Absolutely disappointed and will never recommend this company to work for or to have come to your home. Worst communication I've ever experienced and I've been doing this ten plus years. Sat on the phone for 30 mins while Chris Plummer bragged about how they're so different from other companies as he slammed them and talked down about them. I'm shocked with how I've been done. And any time anyone ever asks me for recommendations or anything for work or home healthcare, it certainly won't be these people. Disclaimer: I am real person. Lived in Oklahoma all my life and never have I ever dealt with the unprofessionalism I dealt with this company. Obviously a reply would deem a person's name. You can't even leave a name to the claim I have? Saying I'm not a real person. I have phone records of the calls, screenshots of the texts I've tried to send with no responses back. So yes, yes I am a real person. Thank you for your time to solve the mystery.

I am a disabled veteran, and First Light Home Healthcare provides a home health aid for me, and they are absolutely amazing. Chris, the owner is an amazing man and runs this company like a well oiled machine. I am very grateful for the service that they provide to me and I highly recommend if you need home healthcare that you go with First Light Home Healthcare!!!!

I'm a social worker and my patient is in his 90's with dementia and served in the Korean War. He just moved in with a family member and has not bathed in several days, maybe even weeks. He refused to let the family member assist him. He is not service connected yet and the family was overwhelmed. I called First Light on a Saturday and the owner was able to arrange a CNA to come out the same day! My patient was able to shower and do it safely. The owner even took the time to educate the family on VA benefits. He was so kind and did not sound annoyed, rushed, or bothered. I'm very thankful and would recommend them again.
