This is the worst senior living facility I’ve ever seen. Terrible care provided by Incare, very expensive and lack of any accountability for what goes on there. My mother passed away there a few years ago due to negligence by caregivers. My dad was already living in a cottage there so he stayed. We tried to get him to move, but at his age that would have been very difficult. He was hospitalized at the end of the year and we were told he was accepted for rehab when he returned. They went back on their word and my dad was left with no options for rehab. We lost him in January thanks to him not getting the help he needed. If you care about your loved ones please consider using a different facility. We are devastated by this experience.

This place is the best for your loved one if they need help being able to return home. Awesome caring staff and a luxury environment. Dr is so nice and really listens. Will definitely bring my family here again if needed.

Beautiful surroundings . Nurses and staff are wonderful. So helpful and kind. Live bird area inside sitting room, fountains, flowers, great food and restaurant. On site hair and nail shop for patients. Very pleased without care there.

I had my dear sister-in-law at Inverness for 3 years…she loved it and as a frequent visitor I could see why. Her condo was lovely and it is truly a friendly, wonderful place. Now my mom is there as a rehab patient (she is 91) recovering her strength after a bout of pneumonia… The therapists are so encouraging and positive and when I bring mom home in a couple of days she will return stronger than when she got sick…I can't say enough about this special place…xoxox PS. I read some of the other reviews that were not good and find that all they care about is money … to my knowledge I would be surprised as this is a not for profit establishment...
